My fantasy for personal responsibility is that this Idiot and all those who voted for him twice (I'll be big & forgive the first time) be held personally liable. I'd like a new clause added to the fascist socialist and communist Patriot Act. That clause being that anyone who was a declared Republican during the 2000and 2004 Presidential votes are liable to pay 50% more in their taxes since they happily voted to send thousands of Americans to their deaths, murder thousands of innocent Iraqi's and turn our world upside down. That's the Rethug way. Destroy everything without culpability or personal responsibility. But they know enough not to want health care for everyone?! And why hasn't Dubyah and his disgusting cohorts EVER been held responsible? All is silent on the Western front.
